Join us online for this year’s Virtual Nurse Residency Program presentation and Q&A session with Sentara Recruiters and Hiring Managers. About the Nurse Residency Program:
New graduate nurses with less than 1 year of experience will automatically be entered into the Nurse Residency Program when they begin employment with Sentara. This 1-year program consists of monthly sessions which focus on; leadership, patient outcomes, and the professional role. You’ll get guidance from trained preceptors and have an opportunity to share your experiences and network with peers in a safe, protected environment. This program ensures that as a new nurse you feel supported and encouraged as you journey through your first year of nursing.
